Job description
· Manage sales and marketing activities for Maintenance & Repair consumables, welding consumables and equipment, wear protection, repair and coating products within the assigned territory. · Develop new customers and expand business with existing accounts by identifying maintenance problems, wear-related applications and repair opportunities. · Conduct regular customer/site visits to understand applications, maintenance requirements, operational challenges and potential areas for product introduction. · Develop technically and commercially suitable solutions based on customer requirements and prepare technical proposals, quotations and product recommendations. · Generate new applications and conduct product demonstrations, application trials and field evaluations to support business development. · Conduct technical seminars, product presentations, demonstrations and training programs for
