Position Summary The Sales Executive – PEO is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities by offering Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and Administrative Services Organization (ASO) solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. This role acts as a trusted advisor to business owners and executive-level decision-makers, helping them optimize HR operations, payroll management, employee benefits, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities. Execute strategic market penetration and lead generation initiatives. Build and maintain referral networks through brokers, partners, and strategic alliances. Represent the organization professionally within the business community.
