About the role As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Perplexity, you'll lead a team of Account Executives selling Perplexity Enterprise and Computer to Enterprise accounts. You'll be responsible for hiring and ramping the team, coaching sellers through complex enterprise sales cycles, and owning team revenue targets. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives, providing regular feedback to drive individual and team performance Own team revenue targets, with accountability for pipeline creation, deal execution, and forecast accuracy Hire, onboard, and ramp new Account Executives in partnership with Recruiting and Enablement Coach the team on outbound prospecting, account planning, and converting existing self-serve customers into Enterprise relationships Support AEs in complex, multi-stakeholder deals, including executive alignment, technical evaluation, security review, and negotiation Run a regular cadence of 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal reviews, maintaining accurate Salesforce data and forecasts Partner with Enablement, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to translate field feedback into action You may be a good fit if 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with 3+ years directly managing quota-carrying Account Executives A track record of meeting or exceeding team revenue targets in a high-growth environment Experience hiring, ramping, and developing sellers Experience coaching teams to generate their own pipeline through outbound and account-based prospecting Strong command of Salesforce, pipeline management, and forecasting Background selling technical products, ideally AI, data, or infrastructure Comfort operating without an established playbook

About the Role As Enterprise Sales Manager, Banking, you will build and lead a team of Account Directors focused on driving strategic growth across the world’s largest banking institutions. You’ll be a hands-on front-line leader responsible for helping your team navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, deepen executive relationships, and drive adoption of OpenAI’s platform across highly regulated banking environments.
