What you’ll be doing As Sales Manager, you will drive commercial growth primarily across retail segments (SMBs) by acquiring new partners and building long-term strategic relationships with key merchants. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from identifying and approaching potential partners to negotiating terms and closing deals, with direct responsibility for achieving your individual sales targets. You’ll combine hands-on sales execution, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to position Wolt as the partner of choice for both food delivery and omni-channel retail growth. Day-to-day in this role you’ll: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets; Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential partners in assigned territory; Develop deep market knowledge across all verticals (pharmacies, health & beauty, electronics, flowers, toys, and more), and identify key “must-have” partners for Wolt; Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision makers, both internally and externally; Manage the full sales process, from first contact through contract signing and partner go-live, including technical, legal, and financial aspects; Drive continuous business development by identifying innovative solutions that create value for both Wolt and our partners; Our humble expectations 2+ years of experience in B2B sales; experience in retail is a plus; Motivated by targets and results, but also a strong team player; Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset; Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and report on sales KPIs; Excellent communication skills; Fluency in English and the local language; Valid category B driver`s license; What we offer A fast-growing tech company with lots of career opportunities, both locally and internationally; Private Health Insurance; FitPass Gym membership; Employee Assistance Programme - therapy and wellbeing; Employee discount on all Wolt orders; Next steps If you're ready to learn, contribute, and grow within a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!
