Job description

Sales Operations Executive Work Location: Pune Work Mode: In Campus Roles & Responsibilities Sales Operations & Coordination Support the Sales and Business Development teams in managing leads, opportunities, and customer accounts. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer, opportunity, and pipeline information. Track sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups across ongoing opportunities. Coordinate internal reviews and approvals required during the sales cycle. Proposal & Commercial Documentation Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and customer-facing sales documents. Support tender submissions, contracts, purchase orders, and other commercial documentation. Ensure all customer documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within timelines.
