We’re looking for motivated, competitive, and personable individuals who enjoy working with people and are driven by results. No prior roofing experience is required — we provide the training and tools you need to succeed. What You’ll Be Doing: Generate & Manage Leads: Work with qualified leads and actively develop new sales opportunities through company-provided and self-generated leads. Meet With Customers: Conduct consultations to understand their needs, assess their goals, and recommend appropriate roofing solutions. Present Solutions: Clearly explain roofing options, benefits, pricing, and available financing or payment solutions.
