Empower Students to Thrive as a School-Based Therapist Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm Make a real difference in the lives of children and adolescents—right where they learn. As a School-Based Therapist with Compass Health Network, you’ll provide mental health services directly in the school setting, helping students and families overcome challenges and build brighter futures. You'll be part of a supportive, integrated team that believes in compassionate care, clinical excellence, and the power of early intervention. This position serves multiple grade levels for the Schools of Washington School District.
