Screen Print Worker

Qualification

Strong math skills with the ability to accurately count, verify, and reconcile garment quantities by size across production runs. Legible handwriting for completing inspector production sheets and other required production documentation. Ability to distinguish colors accurately to identify print defects, color inconsistencies, and mismatches against order specifications. Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the duration of a production shift in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs to handle garments, bins, boxes, crates, and buggies as part of normal production duties. Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to inspect garments consistently and stop production when quality standards are not met. Collaborative team orientation with willingness to assist in setup, tear-down, and cleanup tasks beyond primary inspection duties.
