Job description
We’re looking for seasonal customer service associates who enjoy helping others with their holiday orders.
This position is on-site in Z.10, Guatemala City.
Qualifications
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently (C1 or above).
3 months to 1 year of previous call center, customer service, or office experience required.
High school diploma preferred.
Technically savvy and able to multitask.
Positive attitude, quick learner, and able to work independently.
