Qualification

Must be at least 18 years of age with the ability to work a flexible seasonal schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment. Attention to detail when processing transactions, handling payments, and managing sports memorabilia merchandise. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts and lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Professional appearance and demeanor that positively represents the Fanatics brand in a high-profile retail setting. Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred; experience operating a POS system and handling payments is a plus. Genuine interest in sports, collectibles, or memorabilia preferred.
