Position: Secondary Section Co-Ordinator Reporting Manager: Head of Department / Principal 🔹 Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Academic Leadership & Curriculum Implementation Implement and monitor the ICSE Board Develop yearly planners, weekly lesson plans, and activity schedules. Ensure inquiry-based, experiential, and play-based learning methodologies. Ensure differentiation to meet diverse learner needs. 2️⃣ Teaching & Learning Oversight Conduct classroom observations and provide structured feedback. Ensure learning corners and classroom environments are developmentally appropriate. Monitor student portfolios, assessments, and learning documentation. Track developmental milestones and school readiness indicators. 3️⃣ Teacher Mentoring & Development Support, mentor, and evaluate Secondary teachers.
