We are seeking a Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at a premier commercial office building in Lisle, IL. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff while supervising security personnel, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring all site operations are conducted efficiently and in accordance with company and client expectations. Responsibilities: Help supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift. Report directly to Marksman / Titan Management. Manage a team of 5 security officers/supervisors, including participating in scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support. Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property. Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately. Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to: Officers must be attentive, approachable, and capable of enforcing policies while delivering excellent customer service to guests, staff, and vendors. This is a high-visibility, physically demanding, customer-facing role in a fast-paced public environment. Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required Enforce museum rules and policies in a professional, customer-service-oriented manner Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management Provide a visible security presence throughout the museum Rotate between assigned posts as needed Required Qualifications of Security Officers: Must be at least 21 years of age.
