Professional Conduct and Guest Services (Concierge Focus) Exemplary Professional Presence: Maintain a consistently polished, professional, and immaculate uniform and personal presentation, serving as a positive and credible first impression for the property. Proactive Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for all building occupants and guests, providing proactive assistance, clear directions, and timely information with a naturally outgoing, engaging, and hospitable demeanor. Tenant Relations: Professionally and promptly assist tenants with building-related inquiries, access issues, and security concerns, establishing positive rapport and escalating complex matters to management as necessary. Visitor Management: Efficiently manage the visitor sign-in/sign-out process, verify identity, issue temporary badges, and announce guest arrivals in accordance with established security protocols. 2. Security and Loss Prevention Operations Access Control: Strictly enforce building access control policies, ensuring every individual (tenant, vendor, or visitor) follows proper entry procedures (key card/badge usage) and preventing unauthorized entry or &quo
