Job Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on facilities equipment. Monitor inventory of facility supplies and materials. Assist in setting up and arranging meeting rooms and workspaces. Conduct safety checks and report any hazards or issues. Support facility security measures and access control. Respond to facility-related requests and inquiries from employees. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and repair procedures. Duties may include: Ensure high visibility by periodically stopping and patrolling different areas of the lot to deter criminal activity. Ensure that individuals attempting to enter the facility have proper identification and access passes, such as badges, cards, or visitor passes. Ensure that only authorized personnel and vehicles are entering or exiting the lot by checking identification, vehicle registration, or other access control protocols.
