Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages. Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required. Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment. Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management. Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities include: Perform concierge and patrol services at assigned properties, ensuring the safety and security of tenants, visitors, and assets. Conduct access control and gate entry operations at warehouse locations, verifying credentials and logging over-the-road drivers. Monitor and operate security technology, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and incident reporting software. Write detailed and professional reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations. Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols to deter and detect security threats. Respond promptly to emergencies, and incidents, following company and client protocols. Enforce company and client policies, including safety procedures, trespassing, and unauthorized access. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional security presence. Adapt quickly to new environments, client expectations, and site-specific procedures.
