The Role As a Senior AI Engineer within our AI Delivery Team, you will provide the technical engineering expertise needed to take high-value banking AI use cases from assessment and experimentation through to working solutions. Working alongside Engagement Managers, AI Consultants and client teams, you will help translate business requirements and use-case dossiers into robust technical designs, prototypes and production-ready AI capabilities. You will contribute hands-on across solution architecture, engineering, integration, testing and deployment. You will work with modern AI approaches, including Generative AI and Agentic AI where appropriate, while ensuring solutions are engineered with security, privacy, explainability, auditability and human oversight in mind.
