Job description
LAKE is looking for a Senior Associate, Affiliate Marketing to help grow the channel through thoughtful, brand-right execution across creator, influencer, and performance partnerships. This is a role for someone who can move between relationships and results — building a strong partner pipeline, managing campaigns from outreach through launch, and using performance data to understand what is working and where we should invest next. You’ll work closely with Paid Media, Brand & Creative, Content, Planning, and E-commerce to bring Affiliate into the broader marketing strategy, with increasing exposure to Acquisition as the channel grows.
