Skills and Experience If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have: 3+ years of experience in IT Finance or Tech Finance as a Financial Analyst with strong skills in cost analysis, modeling,variance explanation and IT Budgeting experience is a MUST; Bachelor's degree is a must Advanced English level (Written & speaking) (this will be assess during the interview process) Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, complex data analysis); exposure to Microsoft Copilot or AI tools is a plus
