Senior Backend Engineer

About the Role TeraRecon, part of ConcertAI, is building a next-generation radiology platform for healthcare systems. The platform brings together AI model development, agentic AI systems, and an advanced medical image viewer. We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to design, build, and operate the services behind our cloud-native, AI-assisted medical imaging platform. You will own backend systems end to end, from API design to production operations, in an environment where reliability, security, and data integrity matter. You will work closely with product, frontend, ML, and DevOps teams, and help set engineering standards for the team. This role is open at both Senior and Staff/Lead levels.
