Senior BI Analyst

Summary The Senior BI Analyst owns and delivers reporting solutions that support the CX organization (Customer Success, Support, Forms Design, Onboarding, and Knowledge and Enablement). This role works independently, end to end, from business requirement through finished, released report, with minimal oversight required from the Senior Manager. Responsibilities include gathering and translating stakeholder requirements into technical specifications, designing data models, building ETL pipelines, developing semantic models, and delivering reports within the Power BI platform.
