Job description
Senior Capture Specialist / Capture Specialist II Role: We are not looking for someone who simply downloads RFPs from procurement portals and forwards them to the team. We want someone who is naturally curious, persistent and commercially minded - part researcher, part investigator and part operator. When you see an opportunity, your instinct should be to understand who owns the problem, who has the work today, when the contract expires, what the agency is trying to accomplish, who is likely to compete and whether Dash has a real reason to believe it can win. The right person enjoys connecting dots that other people miss. Opportunity Identification Continuously monitor U.S. State, Local and Education procurement sources for relevant opportunities. Maintain visibility across state procurement portals, agency sites and major bid platforms such as BidNet, DemandStar and Bonfire. Monitor SAM
