Job Title: Senior Civil Project Manager Location: Frederick MD (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Civil Project Manager to join our growing team. This person will play a key leadership role in managing multiple land development projects, mentoring engineering staff, and supporting the Vice President in overseeing workload and project delivery. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise in land development design, strong communication skills, and proven success managing both people and projects in a fast-paced environment.
