Senior Client Success Manager EnergyHub’s Client Success team launches and operates best-in-class programs for utilities, helping them address grid challenges by engaging customers with connected devices. As a Senior Client Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of complex, high-impact client relationships end-to-end. You will lead program launches, drive long-term account health and growth, and serve as a strategic partner to clients and to our sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams.
