Luminis Health Title: Senior Communications Specialist Department: Marketing and Communications Reports to: Senior Director, Marketing and Communications and works closely with Human Resources Leadership Location: Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center Schedule: Full-time, hybrid Position Objective: The Senior Communications Specialist is a member of the Luminis Health Marketing and Communications team, reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing and Communications. This position is primarily dedicated to supporting Human Resources (HR) and will develop and execute strategic internal communications that foster employee engagement, enhance workforce culture, and support organizational priorities related to recruitment, retention, workforce development, employee well-being, and HR-related initiatives.
