About This Job The Business Analyst (BA) plays a critical role in supporting a banking Data for AI programme. You will work across business, data and technology teams to assess current data practices, identify gaps and bottlenecks, and translate findings into practical requirements and improvements. The ideal candidate combines banking/financial services experience, strong business analysis skills and hands-on data governance/data management knowledge. What You’ll Do Assess current-state data governance, ownership, stewardship, access, controls and data processes. Work across AI/data use cases to understand data requirements, sources, flows, access and consumption. Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops with business, data and technology teams. Map processes and data flows and identify gaps, bottlenecks, manual effort and unclear accountability.
