A Career with Point72’s Investment Professional Engagement Team Our Investment Professional Engagement (IPE) team is dedicated to helping our investment professionals build durable careers and become better investors. Working in close partnership with teams across the Fundamental Equities business, IPE builds capabilities at the intersection of talent cultivation and technology by creating and delivering content and training, driving adoption of the firm's tools, and supporting the long-term career progression of our investment talent.
