Job description

The Senior Contract Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment for our Go-To-Market (Sales, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales) and G&A business units across our international business (EMEA). In this 4-month contract role, you will partner directly with senior leadership to build pipeline, drive hiring momentum, and execute talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced environment. You will own candidate sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining alignment with UK employment standards. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted strategic advisor to UK hiring managers across GTM (Enterprise Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success) and G&A (Finance, Legal, HR), aligning hiring strategies with business priorities.
