This role will primarily support our sales teams outside the United States, with a focus on EMEA. The Senior Deal Desk Analyst is responsible for providing crucial administration and operational support to the sales team in order to facilitate quote and order execution while enhancing efficiency. They will actively work with sales, legal, finance, and other cross functional teams on deal structuring and commercial terms to ensure compliance and optimize operational processes to drive successful order execution. They will act as an internal contact across functional back office teams to ensure that customer proposals are structured and processed according to the requests of the customer but also the company's policy. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Deal Desk Analyst who is looking to join a fast moving AI empowered product company. The Deal Desk team sits within the Finance organization and works collaboratively across Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Product and other Finance teams to drive deals to closure. In this role supporting our EMEA and East Coast sales teams, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and guidance to our Account Executives and Customer Account Managers in all aspects of deal structuring, pricing, quote structure creation, negotiation, and contract review.
