Job description
About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Director of Global Field Operations to own field operations across Temporal’s entire field organization. This leader has formal accountability for operations supporting Sales, Technical Services (Solutions Architects, Developer Success, Services, and Platform Architects), and Partners, across every region and every motion: New Logo, Growth, and Commercial/hybrid. Regional and functional Field Operations leaders report into this role. You’ll set the global operating model they run on, decide where regional flex makes sense, and give the field one consistent set of standards, metrics, and cadences across the business.
