Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in corporate real estate, financial services, professional services, or a company growing through acquisition or related experience Working knowledge of commercial lease structures, key terms, and lease accounting concepts Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience building reports and dashboards Experience working with outsourced service providers or brokerage partners Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executives Application Deadline : The initial deadline for applications is 12/1/2026.
