Job description
Job Description: Responsible for managing and executing day-to-day production activities related to condensers, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels . The role requires hands-on experience in fabrication, a good understanding of ASME codes , and the ability to lead and supervise production teams effectively to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and quality-compliant output. Key Responsibilities: Manpower Supervision: Lead and manage production staff to ensure optimal resource utilization and discipline on the shop floor. Production Execution & Planning: Plan daily and weekly production schedules aligned with project deadlines and client requirements. Monitor progress and ensure production targets are met without compromising on quality. Engineering Drawings Interpretation: Read and interpret GA (General Arrangement) and fabrication drawings accurately to guide fabrication processes. Fabrica
