The Data Platform team builds the foundations for storing, moving, managing, and using data at scale—including storage, streaming, data lakes, analytics, and experimentation. As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team developing reliable data services and the privacy and governance capabilities that help teams use data responsibly. What you’ll do Lead, coach, and grow engineers; support their development and career progression. Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and senior leaders to set a clear quarterly roadmap and deliver it iteratively. Guide technical decisions and promote high-quality code, sound engineering practices, and reliable distributed systems. Stay close to the work through design and code reviews, incident leadership, on-call participation, and troubleshooting when needed.
