我们正在寻找一位具有小家电/消费电子产品开发经验，并对前沿技术预研和产品创新有热情的资深研发工程师。

这个岗位不仅是完成既定产品的设计和开发，更重要的是参与产品的前端创新（Front-End Innovation）和预研（Pre-development）：从消费者需求和产品概念出发，探索能够带来真实用户价值的新技术、新原理和新功能，通过原理研究 → 技术方案 → Prototype/Technology Demonstrator → 测试验证 → 产品化导入，推动创新想法真正转化为下一代产品。

Job Responsibilities:

• Front-end-innovation and pre-development process including translating and communicating commercial, functional and design specifications into the realization of new functions, processes and/or innovative products.

• Identify physical principles necessary to deliver targeted user benefits, development of the verification methods and instrumentation and overseeing the verification of embodiments of physical principles against requirements.

• Provide the identification and development of methods to characterize and optimize functional parameters.

• Support the development of methods and instrumentation to verify the clinical efficacy of embodiments (technology demonstrator) to deliver user benefits (experimental, confirmatory or claim substantiation style).

• Safeguarding functionality, performance, quality, reliability, and manufacturability of products.

• Finding and generating knowledge (external and internal) in one of the following domains: Dynamic mechanical systems, fluid dynamics, electromagnetics.

• Actively maintaining and increasing level of knowledge in defined domain and making available in the departments in a way that is accessible for others.

• Participate and/or lead as key competence resource for the organization

Generating necessary input for roadmap and strategy discussions.

• Cooperating with colleagues and other departments and being able to influence people and help build a team.

• Work with Market Communication and external Advertising agencies to accurately communicate benefits to sales force and consumers.

• Collaborate with RA and QA departments for the product quality assurance, root cost analysis, and CAPA.

Minimum required Education:

Bachelor's / master’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum required Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as System Architecture, System Design, Hardware Engineering or equivalent.

主要职责:

1. 前端创新与产品预研

• 参与口腔护理产品的前端创新及预研项目，将消费者需求、产品需求、功能需求和工业设计要求转化为可实现的技术方案。
• 探索新功能、新技术和新产品概念，完成从技术原理研究、概念设计、Prototype/Demo开发到可行性验证的完整过程。
• 为未来产品Roadmap提供技术输入，帮助团队判断哪些创新技术值得进一步开发和产品化。

2. 功能原理与核心技术开发

• 根据目标用户价值，识别并研究实现产品功能所需要的物理原理和关键技术路径。
• 围绕以下一个或多个技术领域开展研究和开发：
  • 动态机械系统：运动机构、振动、传动等
  • 流体动力学：水流、气流、喷射、流体控制等
  • 电磁技术：电机、电磁驱动及相关应用
• 对关键功能参数进行分析、建模、实验和优化，形成可应用于产品开发的技术方案。

3. Prototype与技术验证

• 设计并搭建Prototype或Technology Demonstrator，将理论和概念快速转化为可测试、可验证的技术样机。
• 建立测试方法、实验装置及评价体系，对关键功能、性能及用户Benefit进行定量验证。
• 与相关团队合作，支持产品功能及临床功效验证，为产品Claim和用户价值提供技术依据。

4. 技术影响力与跨团队合作

• 持续关注外部新技术和行业趋势，建立并沉淀相关领域的技术Know-how。
• 作为关键技术资源参与或牵头跨团队技术项目，并将知识、方法及Best Practice在团队内部进行分享。
• 与Marketing、Clinical、RA、QA以及其他研发团队合作，将技术能力转化为清晰、可信的产品Benefit。
• 为产品技术Roadmap和中长期创新策略提供专业建议。

我们希望你具备

核心背景

• 本科及以上学历，机械工程、机电一体化、流体力学、电磁、机械电子或相关工程专业。
• 具有小家电、消费电子或机电类产品研发经验，熟悉产品从概念、设计、Prototype、测试验证到产品落地的开发过程。
• 有前端预研、Advanced Development、Technology Development、新功能开发或创新产品开发经历优先。
• 有较强的Hands-on能力，能够自己推动原理验证、实验设计、Prototype搭建和测试分析，而不仅仅负责项目协调。

候选人在以下至少一个方向具有较强技术积累：

• Dynamic Mechanical Systems / 动态机械系统
• Fluid Dynamics / 流体动力学
• Electromagnetics / 电磁及电机相关技术
