Qualification
You will serve as a primary administrator and coordinator for customer HSE qualification activities, helping ensure Pearce remains compliant, qualified, and positioned to support ongoing field operations and new business opportunities; You will manage customer compliance platforms, monitor qualification status and upcoming requirements, coordinate corrective actions, support audits and prequalification activities, and provide visibility into potential compliance risks; Monitor customer qualification status, platform dashboards, grades, deficiencies, expiration dates, renewal requirements, and outstanding actions to help prevent interruptions to field operations or bidding opportunities; Partner with Commercial and Business Development teams to provide HSE documentation for proposals, RFPs, bid submissions, and customer qualification packages
