About the Role, Mission or Department Overview The Enterprise Productivity team helps colleagues do their best work by providing reliable, secure, and easy-to-use workplace technology. We manage a growing portfolio of SaaS applications and the systems, integrations, and processes that support how The Times works every day. As a Senior SaaS Systems Administrator, you will lead the administration, reliability, and continuous improvement of our SaaS platform stack. You will be the primary escalation point for complex admin-level incidents and a technical steward of the applications, integrations, and operational practices.You will report to the Manager of Enterprise Productivity Responsibilities: You will oversee the administration and ongoing improvement of a broad portfolio of SaaS applications, including: Google Workspace, Slack, Glean, Figma, Airtable, Coda, Miro, Trint, and other enterprise productivity tools. You will lead the investigation and resolution of complex application, access, configuration, identity, and integration incidents, leading issues through root-cause analysis, remediation, and preventative follow-up. We are continually expanding our data coverage to ensure our product is a one-stop-shop for KYB, onboarding, assessing fraud risk, creating and managing sales/marketing campaigns to US businesses. We need to ensure we are constantly keeping an eye out for new data sources that will enhance our product, as well as ensuring every data partnership we use today continues to add value. What You'll Do We’re looking for someone who will anticipate Enigma’s data needs based on the company strategy and near term goals. You’ll source new data partners to strengthen Enigma’s data assets and overall product, both opportunistically and as requested by internal product and engineering teams. You’ll be responsible for the management and ongoing growth of our internal source of truth data. You’ll also be responsible for evaluating the data quality of new partners’ data and owning the integration of that data. You’ll manage relationships with data partners - all the way from sourcing data, negotiating contracts and managing data budgets to assessing data partner performance and negotiating renewals. You’ll collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product and Engineering. This is a role with a high-level of accountability. You will need to anticipate the data needs of internal teams well before they need the data to make sure they are not blocked. This role provides functional expertise and day-to-day operational support for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, while partnering with business stakeholders to drive measurable process improvement and align system capabilities with strategic objectives. The analyst supports enterprise initiatives including system upgrades, automation, and cloud migration planning. Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Procurement, including troubleshooting issues and ensuring uninterrupted requisitioning, purchasing, and supplier management operations. This role translates business requirements into scalable O2C solutions, partnering with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to keep systems aligned with commercial goals. Reports to the Solution Architect, ERP Applications. Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain Oracle OM module setups: order types, transaction types, workflow assignments, hold definitions, pricing rules, and shipping parameters. Deliver end-to-end O2C support spanning Order Entry, Pricing, Scheduling, Shipping Execution, and Receivables integration, including inbound and outbound EDI order flows. Gather and document business requirements using Oracle AIM methodology; translate into functional specifications for technical development. Analyze current-state processes, quantify gaps, and design Oracle-standard solutions that deliver measurable efficiency gains.
