Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 4-7 years of experience with API monitoring, system health checks, integration, and network troubleshooting. Proficiency in SQL, Python, PowerShell, or Bash for log analysis and automation. Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or Prometheus. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with developers and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues effectively. Ability to combine technical depth with judgment, confidence, and EQ. Strategic thinking, understanding priorities and dependencies, ability to contribute to broader team planning. Experience working in integration support or system operations. (Preferred) Experience with QA and mentorship. (Preferred) Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) (Preferred) Knowledge of incident management best practices.
