About the Role We need a senior lifecycle marketer to lead how we keep Games players engaged over time across email, push (app and desktop), display and other channels. You will focus on deepening engagement with our existing players (non sub + sub) and reducing churn. You will lead the end-to-end marketing lifecycle strategy for Games players, from onboarding and activation through ongoing engagement, win-back and reactivation. As a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lifecycle marketing tactics and programs to engage our developers throughout their journey to drive platform adoption, retention, and expansion. In this role, you have expertise in product-led growth strategies and tactics, dynamic, personalized messaging involving mediums such as email, in-product, and web for B2B SaaS users. You are obsessed with customer success and advocate for our users as much as you work to accelerate their journey on MongoDB Atlas.
