Qualification

6–8+ years of experience in merchandise or financial planning, ideally within multi-category or multi-brand environments. Proven ability to lead large, complex planning projects across Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain functions. Recognized subject matter expertise in planning metrics, seasonal calendar execution, and vendor partnership management. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Oracle or comparable enterprise planning systems, with the ability to build and interpret complex planning models. Strong communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated experience presenting planning recommendations and results to senior leadership. Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach junior team members, building planning capability across a team. Experience managing open-to-buy and in-season inventory reallocation across a multi-category or multi-league portfolio.
