WHO YOU ARE: As Senior Product Manager for Case Management, you will own the product area that moves insurance cases through their lifecycle — from new-business intake and requirements orchestration through underwriting, issuance, and placement. You will lead the product life cycle for this domain, partner closely with Engineering, and work across Zinnia’s Product Organization to keep the case-management experience aligned with company strategy while delivering measurable value to carriers, distributors, and policyholders.
