Adept at bridging Product, Engineering, and Business Development to transform technical scope into compelling commercial deals and integration roadmaps. Strong analytical judgment and hands-on experience evaluating, redlining, and negotiating complex commercial agreements in partnership with legal counsel. Proven ability to build trust and drive consensus across matrixed teams, including Legal, Product Marketing, Finance, and Corporate Communications. Proven self-starter with the initiative to solve problems, manage shifting priorities, and execute multi-stakeholder deals end-to-end. Thrives in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. Preferred
