Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception through execution, makes impacts and launches products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products. Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own customer onboarding across the Crypto.com App and adjacent product surfaces. Onboarding is where regulatory requirements, customer acquisition, and time-to-first-value meet. Every improvement you ship should help more customers open an account compliantly, activate faster, and reach the products that matter. Your mandate is to own the onboarding journey as both a growth product and a regulated platform: KYC and account opening, activation and referral mechanics, new-product onboarding, and a meaningful trading scope. Within six months, you will own the onboarding-and-growth charter and take on trading product work in addition to the onboarding charter. You will report to Onboarding squad Lead and work closely on the trading portion of the charter. You will run your roadmap with independence, make prioritization calls, and own the how and the when. If you have built onboarding in a regulated consumer fintech, parts of this will feel familiar. The difference is the breadth: one onboarding platform must support a growing set of products, regulatory paths, and trading journeys. The playbook is still being written. What You'll Actually Do: Own compliant customer onboarding end-to-end. You set the roadmap for account opening, identity verification, KYC requirements, and platform capabilities. You make the tradeoffs between conversion, speed, risk, and regulatory obligations. Turn onboarding into a growth engine. You own activation, referral, new-user incentives, and time-to-first-value. You partner with Marketing on acquisition

We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products. Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Trading to own trading products on the Crypto.com App end-to-end. Retail trading is where users feel the product every day - and where volume, engagement, and retention compound. Every improvement you ship shows up in how people trade, how often they come back, and how Crypto.com wins share in a crowded market. Your mandate is to drive trading products from discovery through launch and iteration: roadmap clarity, feature definition, customer insight, and shipping at global scale. You will run your roadmap with independence within Trading's strategic priorities. You prioritize initiatives, cut tradeoffs, and make the call on what ships when. You report to the Senior Director of Product Management, who sets strategic direction. You own the how and the when. If you've shipped trading or financial products at scale, this will feel familiar. The difference is you'll be doing it at the frontier of crypto retail trading- perpetuals, spot, and adjacent markets- where the rails keep moving and the playbook is yours to write. No layers. No politics. What You'll Actually Do: Own the Trading roadmap. You set milestones, surface dependencies, and keep strategic priorities honest. You make the prioritization call when everything can't ship at once. Define and ship trading experiences. You write the specs, run user studies, iterate on feedback, partner with QA on test plans, and clear the backlog. Nothing in your charter goes live without your sign-off. Stay close to how traders actually behave. You interview and observe customers. You ask "Show me how you currently

OKX will be prioritising applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require OKX's sponsorship of a visa. Who We Are OKX is one of the world's leading crypto platforms — a regulated exchange, a self-custody wallet, and a growing ecosystem of decentralized applications used by millions globally. We move fast, ship constantly, and operate across trading, DeFi, payments, and social products — each with distinct users and design challenges. Our design organization is in the middle of a meaningful transformation: raising craft standards, building tighter brand-to-product coherence, and embedding AI into how we work. We're backed by our core principles — We Before Me, Do the Right Thing, and Get Things Done — and we take those seriously in how we hire, build, and ship. About the Opportunity We're looking for a Senior Visual/UI Designer to join the Visual System Team — the team responsible for how OKX looks and feels across every product surface (Mobile + Web). You'll work at the intersection of brand expression and product design, crafting the visual layer that makes OKX products feel distinctive, coherent, and trusted. This isn't a role where you receive a finalized wireframe and skin it. You'll be involved early — shaping how features are visually conceived, how brand moments are integrated into product flows, and how visual systems scale across an ecosystem of products used by millions. You'll work within OKX's Visual Systems infrastructure alongside the Design System and Content System teams, contributing to scalable visual frameworks — illustration guidelines, motion principles, iconography standards, and brand-in-product patterns — that raise quality across the entire product. What You’ll Be Doing Design product visual experiences. Create high-quality visual and UI design for OKX products — spanning trading, wallet, payments, and social features. Own the visual execution of key product surfaces, from concept through to pixel-pe
