About the Opportunity Core owns the foundational journeys that define a user's relationship with OKX: account management, identity verification, moving and securing funds, and the risk, compliance, and customer support experiences that sit alongside them. It also covers the internal enterprise tools our support agents, PMs, and operations teams rely on every day to serve customers and run the business. These are among the most consequential surfaces in the product. They determine whether users feel confident enough to trade, whether they trust us with their assets and their data, and whether the teams behind the scenes can resolve issues quickly and well. AI is central to how Core works and what Core builds. On the product side, we design AI-powered support and assistant experiences that help millions of users get answers and resolve issues in real time. OKX will be prioritising applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require OKX's sponsorship of a visa. Who We Are OKX is one of the world's leading crypto platforms — a regulated exchange, a self-custody wallet, and a growing ecosystem of decentralized applications used by millions globally. We move fast, ship constantly, and operate across trading, DeFi, payments, and social products — each with distinct users and design challenges. Our design organization is in the middle of a meaningful transformation: raising craft standards, building tighter brand-to-product coherence, and embedding AI into how we work. We're backed by our core principles — We Before Me, Do the Right Thing, and Get Things Done — and we take those seriously in how we hire, build, and ship. About the Opportunity We're looking for a Senior Visual/UI Designer to join the Visual System Team — the team responsible for how OKX looks and feels across every product surface (Mobile + Web). You'll work at the intersection of brand expression and product design, crafting the visual layer that makes OKX products feel distinctive, coherent, and trusted. This isn't a role where you receive a finalized wireframe and skin it. You'll be involved early — shaping how features are visually conceived, how brand moments are integrated into product flows, and how visual systems scale across an ecosystem of products used by millions. You'll work within OKX's Visual Systems infrastructure alongside the Design System and Content System teams, contributing to scalable visual frameworks — illustration guidelines, motion principles, iconography standards, and brand-in-product patterns — that raise quality across the entire product. What You’ll Be Doing Design product visual experiences. Create high-quality visual and UI design for OKX products — spanning trading, wallet, payments, and social features. *Due to the nature of the projects and specific client security clearance requirements, this role requires the successful candidate to be a Singapore Citizen. Woven between all the stages of the delivery process is the work of a Quality Analyst: the technologist who focuses on the complexity and risk inherent in building solutions. By collaborating with each team member—Developer, Business Analyst, Designer, etc.—they ensure quality is thoughtfully examined in both processes and technology. QAs are more than testers; they're team motivators and strive to inspire all teammates to weave quality into their mindsets and code. Job responsibilities Aim to shift quality to the left in alignment with senior client stakeholders. Partner with senior stakeholders to understand the product, create a quality strategy and ensure that the teams are empowered to implement it. Highlight risks to software delivery and assist in managing them alongside the leadership team. Regularly carry out exploratory testing to gain insights and uncover potential risks. Drive improvements for clean code, tests, testability and advice on test tools/frameworks. Define, discuss and implement a program approach to testing across multiple products/services and domains, commonly referred to as “UAT”, “E2E”, etc. Influence a consistent approach in automation of tests across teams in a program, e.g. nomenclature, domain boundaries, contracts between services, distinct layers, common tooling and dashboard representations in the right situation. You will be nimble and alter your team's approach based on an industry's standards and regulations. Coach team members across roles to help deliver better quality software and help them adopt a testing mindset. Advocate QA expertise to the tech community inside Thoughtworks and throughout the broader industry, speaking at conferences and acting as a mentor for junior-level QAs. Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception through execution, makes impacts and launches products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products. Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own customer onboarding across the Crypto.com App and adjacent product surfaces. Onboarding is where regulatory requirements, customer acquisition, and time-to-first-value meet. Every improvement you ship should help more customers open an account compliantly, activate faster, and reach the products that matter. Your mandate is to own the onboarding journey as both a growth product and a regulated platform: KYC and account opening, activation and referral mechanics, new-product onboarding, and a meaningful trading scope. Within six months, you will own the onboarding-and-growth charter and take on trading product work in addition to the onboarding charter. You will report to Onboarding squad Lead and work closely on the trading portion of the charter. You will run your roadmap with independence, make prioritization calls, and own the how and the when. If you have built onboarding in a regulated consumer fintech, parts of this will feel familiar. The difference is the breadth: one onboarding platform must support a growing set of products, regulatory paths, and trading journeys. The playbook is still being written. What You'll Actually Do: Own compliant customer onboarding end-to-end. You set the roadmap for account opening, identity verification, KYC requirements, and platform capabilities. You make the tradeoffs between conversion, speed, risk, and regulatory obligations. Turn onboarding into a growth engine. You own activation, referral, new-user incentives, and time-to-first-value. You partner with Marketing on acquisition
