Job description
As the Senior Product Manager for Chat, Video and Collaboration Integrations, you will own and lead the development of integrations that connect Datadog with the tools engineers use every day, such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Zoom, Google Meet, ServiceNow, Jira and Linear. You will ensure that teams can receive alerts and notifications, collaborate in channels and meetings, take action on Datadog data, and manage tickets with bi-directional syncing between Datadog and external platforms. Products across Datadog, including Incident Response, Security, Alerting, and Bits AI, use these integrations to meet teams in their existing workflows. Linking these tools with Datadog streamlines communication, accelerates issue resolution, and enhances system visibility.
