About the team Program Management is a sub-function under Strategy function and is responsible to drive large, complex, multi-phased, multi-year Strategic Initiatives that helps to deliver Product/Tech. and Business Operations Capabilities that are identified by Myntra Leadership as part of Quarterly OKR process. Strategic Program Management acts as an enabler by playing a critical role in initiation of programs(defining, structuring and building a deliverable based plan) & leading cross-functional teams to focus on outcomes that meet strategic objectives. Team receives broad guidance from top management and requires a high level of problem solving ability in an ambiguous environment with-in Myntra & Flipkart Group companies (Fk, CLeartrip, Health+, Externalization etc.) Responsibility Partner with Product / Business / Tech owners and Design & Operation Leaders in understanding lo
