Job description
Job Summary Serves as the technical authority for Salesforce and CPQ-CLM within Commercial Operations. You will lead CRM integration work, manage the Service Jira integration, and support the Sales organization with day-to-day Salesforce issues. You will work alongside the existing Salesforce Architect, the Commercial Operations leaders and the Sales Analysts, and will be the main technical contact within Commercial Operations. PLEASE NOTE: This role is expected to operate during NAM EST business hours. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Own the Salesforce architecture: data model, security, automation, and release strategy. Lead CRM integration initiatives with other enterprise systems, including integration patterns, APIs, and error handling.
