Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience (Platform Team)

Qualification

8+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in developer tooling, internal platforms, infrastructure, or related platform engineering. 2+ years of hands-on experience in a Developer Experience (DevEx) team, building internal tooling, platforms, and workflows for software engineers. Strong software engineering skills and experience building tools, services, automation, or platforms used by other engineers. Deep experience with CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and Infrastructure-as-Code such as Terraform. A track record of identifying developer pain points and turning them into pragmatic tooling, automation, and self-service platform capabilities. Good understanding of production reliability, observability, and incident response. Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, hands-on mindset with a bias toward action. Preferred qualifications Experience in a consumer facing industry Experience building or operating an Internal Developer Platform, developer portal, service catalog, or similar developer tooling.
