Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including owning production backend systems You use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor) daily and keep the rigor high-assurance systems demand: design review, testing, and validation You're a data modeling expert, with deep experience designing relational models for traceability and reliability in complex, state-heavy business domains You’ve built battle-tested integrations with third party systems: You can perform API forensics, badger support teams, and build integrations that tolerate unreliable, inconsistent behavior from systems you don't control You can translate our complex work to nontechnical partners to build credibility, make decisions, and drive adoption You've deployed and operated production applications on AWS or a similar cloud provider Above and Beyond
