Process Automation: Actively identify manual bottlenecks in recruitment reporting and aggressively push for and implement automated solutions wherever required to drive team efficiency. Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and deliver clear, high-impact presentations and reports for leadership and hiring managers to guide strategic hiring decisions. Predictive & Trend Analysis: Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities within the recruitment funnel to optimize the candidate journey and recruiter productivity. Data Hygiene: Audit and maintain the integrity of recruitment data across our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal databases. Tech Optimization: Leverage Excel and cutting-edge AI tools to automate repetitive reporting tasks, synthesize data summaries, and improve predictive analytics capability. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or business intelligence (specifically supporting a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment function is a massive plus).
