Joining Coder as a Sr. Technical Recruiter is an opportunity to be a part of a high-impact, progressive, and collaborative team. We are trusted to represent Coder externally and guide all levels of the business in hiring decisions. You partner closely with hiring teams and candidates from the first conversation through handoff to the onboarding team. You balance speed and empathy, providing a tailored and consistent experience for both candidates and internal team members.
