Job description

This position is temporary and US-based only. Discord's Talent team is seeking a strategic Technical Sourcer to support our most complex engineering roles by activating passive candidates. In this role, you'll partner directly with engineering leadership to conduct market intelligence, size talent pools, and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles.
